Communication
We use the MCAS parent app for the majority of our communication with parents.

Once your child is on roll at Neroche Primary, please contact the school office for your MCAS log in details and activation code.
The majority of our communication is electronic using the app, however, we do send out paper copies of some communications where appropriate.
First Aid
If your child has an accident at school and has received first aid you will receive a copy of the first aid log as we use carbon duplicate records to record first aid.
We use a double communication system for injuries and first aid to ensure parents receive communication about their child of this nature.
We use coloured wrist bands as a second communication method for parents.
Red band are used for head injuries, yellow bands for all other first aid and purple bands if your child has been administered medication at your request.
Staff are able to write on the bands to communicate any additional details for parents e.g. time medication was administered.
